How do fix this issue?

&lt;/pre&gt;
initiator directory file:

&lt;code&gt;-rw-r--r--.  1 root   root        0 Mar 10 14:07 1.txt&lt;/code&gt;

target directory file:

&lt;code&gt;-rw-r--r--.  1 wnsync wnsync      0 Mar 10 14:07 1.txt&lt;/code&gt;]]></description>
