I don’t think Rocky Linux supports AMD Opteron 6200-Series processors. Try AlmaLinux, might it supports it…

Not working with real DVDs is very inconvenient for some of us. It would appear that the Rocky developers are all aiming at the "true Linux freaks" or "big, major server users" and forgetting about the many smaller users who really prefer DVDs instead of a drawer full of poorly labelled ISO memory sticks (that often fail, if they are the cheap variety).
